As a service-based business, our Return and Refund Policy differs from traditional product returns. All our services are delivered digitally and involve custom work tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Services have not been initiated or delivered

• Technical failure on our part preventing service delivery

• Demonstrable breach of our Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Cancellation request made within 48 hours of initial contract signing (subject to no work having commenced)

3.2 Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after work has commenced

• Dissatisfaction with completed work that meets the agreed specifications

• Client-caused delays or failure to provide required materials

• Completed services, including partial deliverables

• Services delivered as per the agreed scope and timeline

4. Service-Specific Terms

4.1 Website Design & Development

• Refunds are available only before design work begins

• Once initial designs or development work is presented, no refund will be issued

• Revisions are included as per the service agreement; additional revisions are billable

4.2 Mobile App Development

• Refund requests must be made before development milestones are reached

• Completed milestones are non-refundable; partial refunds may apply for uncompleted work

4.3 SEO Booster Services

• SEO services are ongoing and results-dependent; refunds are not available after campaign launch

• Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions with 30 days’ notice

4.4 Custom Software Development

• Custom software is developed according to specifications; refunds are not available once development begins

• Partial refunds may be considered for major scope changes or project cancellations, minus work completed

4.5 Digital Marketing & Website Handling

• Marketing campaigns and website handling are ongoing services; no refunds after services begin

• Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice

5. Refund Process

5.1 Request Submission

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@ayqsolutions.com including:

• Client name and contact information

• Invoice or contract number

• Detailed reason for refund request

• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

5.2 Review Timeline

• All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days

• Clients will receive written notification of approval or denial with explanation

5.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Partial refunds may be issued for work completed, deducted from the total amount

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

• Clients may cancel services by providing written notice

• Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed

• Any outstanding payments for completed work remain due

6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services and provide a full or partial refund if we determine we cannot fulfill the service requirements or if the client violates our Terms and Conditions.
